Delivery and Installation

We now offer free standard delivery for most of Michigan. Free delivery applies south of M55; the rest of the northern lower peninsula is $150.

  • Vinyl swingsets require an additional delivery and installation cost.
  • *If a Mule-shed mover is required, there is a $75 fee.
  • Delivery to surrounding states is also available.

Trailer Delivery

Most times we can drop the structure right off the trailer.

But if we can’t drop it directly from the trailer, we use the mule.

Ground Prep

Our buildings all set up on a number of 4×4 skids. 7″ off the ground.

We ask that the ground be flat and level. We suggest compactable gravel (22A road gravel).

Other Foundations

Brick pavers are not recommended as a primary foundation. A solid gravel pad is the preferred choice for long-term stability. However, if you choose to use pavers or treated lumber, you must ensure that all 4×4 skids are properly supported every 4 feet. Please keep in mind that the tires of the trailer or mule will have to go across the pavers.

Cement pads are another excellent option, though they can be more costly. Before pouring, please consult with our sales staff for specific recommendations on pad sizing. Following our specifications is essential to ensuring you don’t encounter structural or delivery problems down the road.
